HAZELNUT PRIMA FINE
Only toasted hazelnuts in a paste made slowly to give a distinct but rounded flavour. These hazelnut are from the region of Campania, Italy.
FEATURES: Medium-small fruit, with a sub cylindrical shape and compressed at the sides, the shell is rather thin, pale brown with light stripes. The ivory-white pulp is, consistent and aromatic. Its taste will remind you of caramel and bread crusts.
DOSAGE: 80 g per Kg of base mix.
THE GELATO: The paste undergoes high toasting. Resulting in a darker paste amongst the MEC3 assortment. The Gelato has a dark brown colour and a strong note of toasted hazelnut.
